Pre-reading activity: We will explore what students know about dinosaurs. We'll remember facts about them.   
Using a finger puppet, I'll ask students some questions about dinosaurs.

During-reading activity: at the beginning, students have to select the characters for the tale. As we read the story, we'll read together, pointing at words, predicting events, and clarifying new vocabulary. 

Post-reading activity:

Pre-reading activity: Ask students about thier pets. What pets they have. How old are they. How do they look like. How do they express love to them.
Listen to a song about animals to review what they know.

We read the story togheter. We repeat patterns from the story. 

Post-reading activity:
Students will do the wordsearch about animals.
They will also write about the pet they would like to have.
